Purchase Contract

When placing an order on our website it will fall under the purchasing process, we will be providing you a specific item for specific amount of money. Once purchase is done, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address mentioned in the form filled by you.

Prices

All our products are placed in Qatari Riyal. We always make sure that our prices are accurate but errors may occurs. If any errors happened, we shall contact you for clarification, in this case you will have the option of either confirming the adjusted order or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact for justification, we shall send you the order as per the paid price.

Items

Since some of the flowers are seasonal ones, some of the flowers might not be available, therefore it will be replaced by another flower with the same price and color so we can reach the same look and feel of the arrangement that you chose.

Pots or container might not be available, we can replace with similar and shall contact you on your phone number mentioned in the payment and delivery sheet for your approval.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available as well as payment on the online gate away payment via our website with a credit card or debit card.

Please do not send us payment information by email.

For details of the security measures we employ please read our Privacy Statement. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to the personal and transactional information you provide to us when placing an order.

Delivery

Allow 12 to 24 hours from choosing your delivery time to secure the neatness and accuracy of your order, if we are unable to deliver the items within your chosen date, we shall inform you and if items is not delivered on time and we couldn’t inform you, you are illegible to cancel the order and full amount will be returned to your account if payment occurred online.

Delivery occurs when the items are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of items purchased does not pass to you until payment is received by us in full. You will be asked to sign for acceptance of the goods which makes it understood that the goods were received in good condition. However, if upon opening the package you find something missing or broken, please contact us immediately.

All order are subjected to flowers availability, otherwise will be deliver by the next 24 to 48 hours of the delivery time.

You shall mention the mobile number of the receiver and we shall contact him prior delivery if receiver did not picked up the phone for confirmation of receiving the item, it will not be dispatched and we shall try again for receiver confirmation. In case receiver confirmed receiving the item but in the event he did not accept to receive it upon delivery, item will not be refunded and shall be returned to the shop, in case requester ask to deliver it again, shipping charges will occur in this event.

Goods

In case you have placed an order and it is not available, we shall contact you and provide you with alternative and we shall get your approval by message or what’s App for the replacement, in the event you did not like any replacement we shall refund to you the full amount.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at the earliest, cancelation of any order prior 5 hours to the scheduled time may not be done and refund of the money will not occur. In case order is not prepared or dispatched refund may occur, in the event if order is prepared and dispatch amount will not be refunded.

We are taking a picture of every item or product that is order prior delivery, in case the item arrived damaged we will refund you or replace it.

Incorrect Items

In case an incorrect item was sent, we will return it and replace with the appropriate one as soon as possible or it will be refunded

Costs

A reimbursement will be done in case of:

Items delivered to you by error; Incorrect, damaged of defective item Items which are substitutes for items originally ordered which we were unable to supply. Until you return such items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them.

Losses

We are not responsible for any item after the delivery to the mentioned address

Our liability to you under these On-Line Shopping Terms and Conditions will not exceed the total price charged for the items purchased. Nothing in these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions excludes our liability to you for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
