UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
When delivery cannot be completed
Delivery may be unsuccessful when the address is incomplete, the recipient cannot be contacted or is unavailable, access is restricted, or the order is refused.
Redelivery
If the first delivery attempt cannot be completed, Riviera will contact the customer to confirm the delivery information and arrange another delivery attempt. No additional redelivery charge will be applied.
Delayed or missed delivery
If we cannot complete delivery on the agreed date, we will contact the customer to arrange another date or provide the applicable cancellation and refund option.
PEAK OCCASIONS
Planning for busy gifting dates
During Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid and other public holidays, delivery capacity may be limited and timing may be extended. Any known delay will be communicated using the telephone number supplied with the order.
